IMPORTANT QUESTIONS

Retainer Fees are non-refundable. This initial retainer fee is to reserve the one date and remove it from our availability calendar. It also reserves your DJ for the day and prevents your DJ from booking another event. This fee also covers any administrative costs preparing your account portal and timeline prep up until 30 days from the event date at which time your balance is due.

If the event is cancelled more than 30 days from the event date, the client forfeits the initial retainer fee and releases the DJ from obligation. If the client cancels within 30 days of the event, payment in full is required.

If the event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement until a new date is provided. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the original retainer fee is forfeited and a new retainer fee will be required to secure a new date.

Exceptions to the cancellation and postponement policy will only apply if the event date falls within a mandatory shutdown or gathering restriction.
